• Live Betting: In-play betting may be subject to delays. In the event of a disconnection, bet outcomes will be determined based on the event score at the time.
• Cash Out: Cash out is not available on all bets. Cashing out allows you to lock in a return on your bet before the event concludes.

All betting decisions made by bqji are final. No bets can be altered once results have been announced. Your betting history and transaction records are stored in your account.

Bqji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A minimum betting turnover of 10x must be met before withdrawing any bonus received on your first deposit.
• Reload Bonus: The wagering requirement for weekly or monthly reload bonuses is 8x.

• Accessing or attempting to hack into another user's account
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the bqji system for personal gain
• Attempting to pass KYC using false information

Bqji may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is suspected
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• For legal or regulatory reasons
